Rates

My rate is $120 per 60-minute session if you are private pay. You can use VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

If you live in Arizona or California and have health insurance coverage through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of AZ, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, UMW, Oscar Health, Oxford, and some others, your rate may be much lower—just your co-pay (for some, after the deductible is met). I will let you know before you schedule if I am in-network with your coverage, and, if so, what your estimated costs will be. Just email me and I will find out for you.

If not, you may wish to check with your employer to see if you have Out-of-Network (OON) benefits. If so, you would pay me directly, and ask me for a “superbill,” a kind of receipt. I can email it to you, and you can use it to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
